Learning is not a liquid diet

In learning a new skill you need to practice. Adults learn little bits at a time. It’s important to learn a small “bite”, go out and try it then learn another and do the same. We live in a liquid diet society. Everyone wants everything fast. I get it. That would be great but typically doesnt work. Have patience, work hard, give it time and you will learn. If someone tells you that you can learn a new way of doing something in a short time (like a 2 hour seminar) you will walk away with tips only. That’s ok if that is all you want. If you want to incorporate a new way of doing something (like eating healthy instead of a diet) It takes time to create a habit. Be patient, work hard. It will be worth it.
