keep in control of your sales process

I spent the day coaching clients. It is interesting how I have been saying for years that it is so important to use an actual process for selling. Today every issue they had was about getting to the end and not closing. What? why are you getting to the end without a firm committment for what will happen when you do? It’s never been more important then in our environment today to keep control of all of the steps in the process…or you will get the dreaded think it over……..
