Ask better questions

If  you ask better questions your brain will have to “think” to answer it. When you encourage thought in others they become engaged in the conversation. This is also true in a sales environment. If you would like a prospect to see things your way and engage in conversation with you ask thought-provoking questions. It is much more interesting to have a true 2-way conversation and not “pitch” to a sales prospect.
