The four most important aspects of leadership are:

Recruiting. The ability to attract and retain the best is imperative to the success of an organization.

Coaching. Coaching is always teaching, rarely telling.  Teaching is helping subordinates self-realize the answer on their own, rather than you blurting out the answer for them.

Accountability. Creating a clear and detailed written plan that involves thirty- sixty and ninety-day written goals—not only revenue goals but behavior goals as well.

• Motivating. Understanding what motivates individuals is what elevates them to the next level.  Motivation is different for each individual, and a true leader knows how to unlock the potential of each person he is responsible for by using the form of motivation that best works with that person.
